Currently playing Warhammer 40k: Rogue Trader.

A game where you can play as an unapologetic bad guy. There’s a good guy path (Iconoclast) but why would you, when being bad is so much fun in this universe?

You can choose between Dogmatic and Heretic. Heretic is unsubtle, you are a demon-worshipping serial killer. Basically the Dark Urge. Dogmatic is what I’m doing and it’s a fascist theocratic path, where you burn the heretics for their own good, and fervently worship The Emperor (a mostly-dead corpse on a throne somewhere).

You get to enjoy being incredibly bigoted towards xenos (aliens), mutants (except the useful ones), psykers (except the ones with a License) and generally being a big old bastard. It’s great. I keep having people shot for no reason. Cathartic.

Gameplay is good but the difficulty seems a little shaky. I had to go up a difficulty on combat but that made space combat too hard. Fortunately there’s separate settings for both.
